A hot basalt stone massage targeting any deep tension in the back, neck and shoulders or purely for relaxation. An ancient, therapeutic treatment that has been practised in India for thousands of years. A massage to the shoulders, arms, neck, scalp and face with relaxing oils. This treatment improves concentration and sleep and can relieve muscular discomforts, headaches, neck pain and eye strain. It helps to balance energies of the body, mind and soul. It is great for those that are sat at a desk all day and the perfect treatment to melt away stress, muscular tension and exhaustion.

Hopi Ear Candle
Hopi ear candling is an ancient, soothing alternative treatment to ear syringing and is used for loosening compacted ear wax. It promotes wellbeing, reduces anxiety and boosts your immune system. It is beneficial for people who suffer from sinus issues, vertigo, rhinitis, pressure imbalance, snoring, and tinnitus. The candle is lit and gently placed inside the ear. The rising air in the column heats up and vibrates, creating a slight suction effect and gently massages the eardrum with its pressure waves. This effect carries through to all parts of the inner and middle ear regulating and balancing pressure in the ears as well as the whole of the respiratory tract. A gentle lymphatic facial massage using pressure point techniques is performed afterwards to help drain the sinuses. Includes gentle scalp massage and a facial drainage massage.

This treatment is a minimum length of 6 weeks. A personalised programme which includes your consultation with Victoria, prescription of essential oils and holistic weekly treatment to treat your specific health and well-being needs.
You will take home your prescribed essential oil to use at home to enhance your treatment and induce healing throughout your programme even when you are at home.
